A passionate sailor with many years of experience both on and off the water, Markus turned his personal enthusiasm into a professional mission: making yacht chartering easier, more transparent, and more personal.
Before founding the company, Markus worked as an engineer for over ten years. This background not only shaped his structured and analytical approach, but also brought valuable professional experience into the daily operations of Yachtcharter Dagen GmbH — especially when it comes to technical understanding, process optimization, and project management.
