Max Barbera is the founder and managing director of Barbera Yachting GmbH, as well as Vice Chairman of the European Yachting Alliance (EYA). With over 15 years of experience in the yacht charter industry, Max is not only a passionate sailor and industry expert but also a strong advocate for quality and fairness. Based in Würzburg, Germany, he leads a dedicated seven-member team, running one of the most personal and customer-focused charter agencies in the German-speaking market.
